Inside, the condo has been updated with new floors, a comfortable sectional, and smart TVs throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from simple breakfasts to full dinners. The living room is open and well-configured for relaxing after a beach day.
Two bedrooms, both with king beds — the right configuration for two couples or guests who both want a proper bed without compromise. Two full bathrooms. Linens and towels provided.
Pelican Place at The Nautilus requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Reviewer Comments:
I just spent a week at an Island Vacation property on Anna Maria Island. This is the third vacation I have booked with island vacation properties and I highly recommend! From the reservation process to the checkout - it is so easy and they are so accommodating. I so appreciated the check-ins throughout the week. Our property was spotless at checkin and the extra garbage bags, dish soap, and towels were so appreciated! Awesome service all around.
