Very clean and beautiful home! With a boat landing right in the backyard with a beautiful view of the lake

The interior of the house was very clean. The outside needs major landscaping. Weeds are overtaking all the walkways and flower beds. The grass needed to be cut. Listing shows a pool table, but pool table was destroyed and not usable. House is in a great location and has tons of potential. It just needs attention outside.

Overall, the house was very beautiful and very clean. The outside landscaping was not good at all. On the listing They had a pool table that was supposed to be set up in the garage when we arrived. The pool table was torn down left in the pieces in the garage . also communication was not good. Wrote night before to see if we could stay an extra day never received a response. Also, check out was very, very ridiculous. You basically have to be house cleaning. You have to strip the beds. you have to wash the rags and towels and strip your own sheets off the beds , you have to clean all dishes and load the dishwasher . Also, you have to take out your own trash for someone with a small vehicle. This would be very difficult if you don’t take off all your trash that you leave you are charged an additional 50. No communication the entire time I was here .
