Enjoy this modern farmhouse inspired home in a quaint neighborhood minutes to downtown Eagle by foot (11 min walk) or wheels!
You'll appreciate two living spaces on the main floor: a formal living room with desk, bookshelf, and rustic leather couch and the great room with large sectional and 58" smart television for all to enjoy a movie, snack at the dining table or kitchen peninsula while watching your favorite sports team, and play board games! The modern kitchen boasts it all: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and peninsula with seating for up to three. The dining room features a spacious table with chairs and benches for all to sit. You'll also find a half bathroom conveniently off of the great room and a laundry room with washer and dryer. From the great room, you can access both the beautiful fully-fenced backyard with mature trees, a spacious covered patio with dining seating and BBQ, as well as the three-car garage. All three bedrooms and two full bathrooms can be found on the 2nd floor.

This was the perfect location for our family to be within walking distance of Eagle Fun Days. The home was clean and comfortable for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cobblestone house, it was perfect for our family of 5 and small dog. The backyard was perfect for our 13 year old Jack Russel who slept most of the time :) The rooms were perfectly step up for our children ages 7,9,11. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and our oldest had her own room. The beds were very comfortable and towels and sheets were clean and comfy! Everything was clean and in great condition! The location was soooo nice. We walked to downtown Eagle almost every single night! We walked to dinner, ice cream and all the shops. It was absolutely perfect! We were in town for a family wedding so staying for 9 nights was very comfortable in this home. I would definitely come back and highly recommend. The garage was very big and clean! The laundry room was also very easy to use. We l loved our stay and will definitely be back! ITrip was easy to communicate with as well!! And helpful :)

Loved our trip to Eagle for a family wedding. We had multigenerational needs and this house fit the bill perfectly.

The home was nice however, we had a few challenges. The fence was leaning in the backyard and left a gap that we had to find a way to block for our small dogs. There was a note left that said there was an aunt problem. We did have small aunts crawling on the kitchen counter that made us not to have snacks or food on the counters. The master bed was too high and needs a footstool for shorter people. The master bath also needs a curtain. We covered while there so we didnt overlook the neighbors and their trampoline. The home itself was nice but needs a few fixes to want to rent again.
