Dear holidaymakers, tenants, we welcome you to our "Petit Rousseau". Our studio on the first floor rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau will be your cosy nest during your stay in our Cité Océane.
Located in the city center at:
3min walk to bus and tram stops
5 to 10min walk to the university and train station
14min walk from the Vauban Docks
7min by bus from the Espace Coty
7 to 10min tram ride from the town hall and the beach
The accommodation
Our single-storey studio consists of:
- a lounge area with sofa and television next to which you will find a bed cabinet with a real mattress of 140X190
- a fitted kitchen with a table and 2 chairs, all the basic equipment (filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, toaster, orange press, microwave, hob, refrigerator) as well as all the utensils to cook like at home.
- a bathroom with a large shower, toilet, sink, wardrobe with hangers, hairdryer, scale, ironing board and iron
In summer, a pedestal fan is available.
We provide all household linen (bedding, towels, dish towels).
You can also find on site, washing-up liquid, sponge, hand soap, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, as well as several books and documentation and useful information for the smooth running of your stay.
Near the accommodation you can find a grocery store, a pharmacy, a bakery, a tobacconist, restaurants, various cash machines, as well as several shops and small shops. At 550m there is a large Lidl, the Sirius cinema at the same distance. The Pathé cinema is 1100m away.
We are close to the C2 bus line which serves the downtown as well as the main tram line. You will find a purchase terminal for transport tickets. You will also find, for rent, "on every street corner" self-service "LIME" electric scooters.

The is small, but in excellent condition and due to its modern and tasteful furniture and good equipment a comfortable place for a stay at Le Havre for one or two persons. We found it quite good value for the moderate price. The location is convenient (just 10 minutes walk from the railway station), the proprietor friendly.
