This beautiful and comfy home is located close to everything. Please no parties. Nestled in the hospitable 17 ac. neighborhood the house is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things to cook, eat, drink and be merry ( no parties). A very relaxing space suitable for any guests coming to our area. This house is walking distance to Winthrop, Winthrop Colosseum and the Disc Golf course.

We loved our stay. It was conveniently located for Winthrop’s graduation. The house is much larger than it looks in pictures. Very pleased!

This was the perfect place for 2 nights. I was in town for a friend's wedding and this house was great. It's in a good location, the house is adorable, and communication was clear and timely. My only wish is that we'd had more time to enjoy the main areas of the house and the screened in porch. Our weekend was jammed packed so we were mainly only at the house to sleep and shower.

Great stay! A wonderful location, too. Safe, close to many things, and a wonderful, comfortable home. The hosts were also very communicative and responded promptly to any request or question I had.

We stayed at the Milton House as part of a writer’s retreat—it was perfect! We felt we were in a cocoon, which is what we needed. We enjoyed the screen porch for our meals. We also enjoyed the neighborhood—perfect for our walks, and very close to coffee. The house was convenient to all the places we visited. I would definitely return!
