With an ideal layout for families or groups, the apartment offers two double bedrooms and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area, to accommodate up to 6 people. Every corner of the apartment has been designed to ensure maximum comfort, equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, heating and television, making it perfect for any stay, whether for work or pleasure.
The kitchen, fully equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and crockery, will allow you to cook with ease. In addition, you will also find a clothes horse, iron and ironing board, and a work space, for those who want to continue working even during the stay.
The apartment enjoys a view of the city and offers a balcony where you can enjoy some outdoor relaxation. Via G. A. Pasquale 16 is in a strategic position, easily accessible and well connected to the center of Naples, making it convenient to access the city's main tourist attractions.

The elevator works with the insertion of €0.10 cents, a cost imposed at the disposal of the condominium
In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed.
City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 15 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.

We liked the property and it’s location. Beds are comfortable.
It is lacking in home comforts and many kitchen essentials. Eg Instructions on how to recycle (the bins were locked), dish towels, a bread knife, a sharp knife, a sink plug, wine glasses, small bowls, a soap dish. All things that can be easily sorted.
