Relax island-style in this clean, tastefully furnished and recently renovated boutique villa.
Our hilltop location and private outdoor balcony lends itself to tranquil ocean views and amazing sunsets. The interior is equipped with a queen bed in the main bedroom, a full -size bed in the second bedroom and sleeps up to four (4) persons (preferably no more than 3 adults). There is a full kitchen, living room, 2 A/C units, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi and private balcony with ocean view.
As a courtesy, we also stock the unit with beach towels, beach chairs and coolers for your beach going needs.
Our hilltop location provides a fantastic view of the ocean and a constant cool breeze.
We are just a 3 minute drive from Cruz Bay where there are a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shops and night time entertainment.The 'world class' beaches of St. John are only minutes away.
There is an adjoining (similarly appointed) one bedroom/one bath villa unit on property that may also be booked if additional accommodations are needed.

This place was great! The host provided good directions to finding the unit, as maps did not navigate us to the right place. There was a stain on our sheets that was not ideal, but otherwise home was clean.Our only complaint is the location. The property location shown on the map on VRBO showed the home right in Cruz Bay which is why we booked it.Once we checked in, we realized the home was a mile up the hill. We cancelled another reservation we had because we thought we’d be able to walk to town with this property, so that was disappointing as the pin on the map is very misleading.Otherwise our stay was wonderful. Thank you!

Great house, had everything we needed! It’s down a somewhat confusing road but if you just tell taxi drivers ‘The Hills - Lower Gate’ they’ll know where to go!

Easily accessible to things needed even if walking but a bit steep. A few necessities/ kitchenware could be better. Communication may take a while- could be due to reception• get the WiFi code ahead of time ;)

Positive: The apartment was nice and easy to get to, it had everything that we needed. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning. we enjoyed the stay.Negative:The host was non responsive on VRBO and the number that they gave us.It is clearly written in instructions to drive straight in and you get a covered parking spot, BUT we were woken up at 9:30 pm to honking for 15-20 minutes- we went out and they stated (Drunk) " we have been here for 6 months, that is OUR parking spot!" after that we no longer had a parking covered spot, having to park on the street at night, as there was another truck in the lot also, and there is not enough room for 3 cars- do not advertise a covered spot if it isn't actually available.We messaged the number given to us, and there was no answer
