we used this location for a friends outing of three married couples all in our 70's.this was a central location for us to drive for day excursions to Austin, San Antonio, Waco and Fredericksburg. House owner/manager did have to be contacted for one problem, which was taken care of immediately and she made it right to us. The only thing I would possibly add would be maybe additional seating, as we did have beautiful sunset from the west side of the house which we enjoyed several times. We had perfect amount of seating for us, but for a larger party than 6, it would be short seating outside.highly recommend this place for a get away.
