This location was perfect for us! Very close to Sand Hollow/Quail Creek State Park/Zion National Park. With the heat, the pool was a great thing to look forward to at the end of each day. Pet friendly, clean and had everything we needed for vacation. The only disappointment we had was the lack of alien decorations as we expected. My husband was very jealous of the adjacent house. We will have to get that one next time! HahaThank you for a wonderful stay. Would stay at this property again.

We had a good stay at the Roswell cabin. The location was convenient and the space worked well for our needs. Overall, it was comfortable and met expectations for a short getaway. A few minor details could be improved, but nothing that detracted significantly from our trip. We appreciated the quiet setting and would consider staying again.

Clean. Only thing bedrooms don't have tables or dresser just little cabinet things. But great place. Cute theme well stocked kitchen.

When we arrived the front door was wide open and the heat was turned off. I tried calling the number on our reservation to confirm why the unit was open. No one answered. I also sent an email and no one answered that either. We stayed our days without issue with the door or locks but it was concerning having it open like it was upon arrival. The heat for the house was a single unit at ceiling height in the hallway. We set the thermostat to 80 but were never able to get the house to a comfortable temperature above 70. There was only one extra blanket to add to the bed to attempt to stay warm.
