Very easy check-in and check-out process. We had a great weekend with no issues at all. Great location and just around the corner from the campus and stadium. The golfing locations in the area are wonderful as well. The host did a great job communicating everything with me. No issues at all.

Set up was perfect for our 3 adults and 2 small dogs. Didn't use basement at all. Comfy beds, great location for wedding at the stables event center. 5 min from rehearsal dinner at Walt's Pub.Helpful tips: tv remote points to TV, roku remote points to the left at the chicken. Took me (electronically challenged) a hot minute to realize the batteries weren't dead - lol!

There were significant cleanliness issues when we arrived, we were unable to use the kitchen the first night. I contacted host and that was positive, she arrived the next day and spent the second day of our stay addressing issues. There was no oven to use while we were there and BBQ did not get hot enough to ensure meat was cooked so finished cooking in frying pan. Property needs attention, oven repaired or replaced and more cooking equipment and dishes, a big bowl for a salad etc. we use VRBO so we can do our own cooking but this was a challenge. The hosts are lovely, we were financially compensated for some of the issues. Great location
