Overall this was a very nice house. The inside spaces were very clean and the kitchen was really nice. We didn't spend much time in the house as we were visiting family and Charleston itself.

Clean. We lived in Charleston years ago and prefer to stay in West Ashley over everywhere else. It’s close to downtown, yet doesn’t have nearly the traffic that Mt. Pleasant has. West Ashley is in the marsh, so make sure to bring bug spray if you anticipate being outside!

I left list of problems. Broken window, transition strip not secured, broken mirror closet door, no light bulbs in recessed lighting over fireplace, rotted and hole in decking. Could be user error but no internet connection was available. Very nice place but maintenance needed.
