We absolutely LOVED this beautiful home! The views and the sunsets can't be beat. This home is stocked with everything you might need since it is furnished as a home, not just a rental. It was way more room than we needed, but we're so glad we had the incredible view of the Smoky Mountains. Each evening we would sit out on the deck for hours listening to the birds and soaking up the view. The drive up to this home is very steep, but it's fully blacktopped so we had no trouble getting up the road with our Jeep pulling a trailer or on our motorcycles. We would like to come back someday when the Blue Ridge Parkway is fully open. There are plenty of brochures and maps about the surrounding area. Grandfather Mountain was not on our radar, but we learned about it from the travel brochures in the home. We're so glad we went. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful with plenty of space for everyone to relax and be together. We spent our time doing puzzles, painting, and playing games, but most of all, we simply enjoyed being together—and that made it unforgettable.One of our favorite touches was that the house was lightly decorated for Christmas. It added an extra layer of warmth and made the whole stay feel even more special. This home truly offered the perfect setting to slow down, connect, and make meaningful memories. We’re so grateful for our time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to gather and create lasting moments.
