La mer homes are fabulous at communicating and helpfulness. The villa is spacious and well located. Pool is a good size and the villa is well equipped. Tv options are great.
Villa is looking a bit tired now and could do with a revamp. Pool has broken bits round the edges which you need to be careful on and the patio furniture could do with being cleaned if not replaced. A sweeper (not a brush) would be handy too as for long stays it’s difficult to keep clean with no weekly cleaners coming in.

The Villa itself was lovely and was well equipped. Situated near local restaurants pubs and shops.

Very clean and modern villa good location for pernera strip but quite a walk for the protaras strip.
Pool was cold as the sun is only on the garden in the morning you have to keep moving sunbed around to catch any sun.
Bed was lovely and comfy and nice hot powerful shower.
Phoned the office twice as we had an issue with our TV service was excellent they got someone out straight away and the guy was lovely.
Kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine and everything you need.
Would definitely use la mer homes again.
A brochure telling you where bins are and how to get to certain places ie beach, protaras strip etc if you have never been there it would be handy to know which direction to head.
Also instructions on how to use cooker etc.
When the pool man is due.
The outside sunlounger cushions could do with replacing.
