This lovingly and harmoniously furnished apartment offers a spacious 80 square meters spread over two levels.

The first floor features the cozy living room—the heart of this comfortable apartment. The custom-made sofa offers space for the whole family and invites you to spend cozy hours by the electric fireplace in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a high-quality Bluetooth speaker are available for your entertainment.

Also in the open living area, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker—all you need to do is bring your favorite coffee for a relaxing cup on your own terrace. The dining table in the living area can be extended as needed, so it blends seamlessly into the overall design.

The large full bathroom with a bathtub and washer/dryer combo is also located on the first floor.

The staircase in the living area leads to the bright upper floor, where you’ll enjoy a magnificent side view of the sea from every window.
The first room, which also serves as a passageway to the other bedroom, features a double bed (bed dimensions 160 × 200 cm = 2 × 80 cm) as well as a workspace that meets all the requirements of a modern home office.

From here, you can access the dressing room with a large mirror and storage space for your favorite vacation wardrobe, suitcases, etc., as well as the second bedroom.

The separate second bedroom also offers a side view of the sea and features a large double bed (bed dimensions: 1.80 × 200 cm = 2 × 90 cm), as well as an armchair (80 cm wide, with a sleeping surface consisting of three mattress sections), which can be unfolded as an additional sleeping option. Children have plenty of space to play here, so even rainy days can be a lot of fun.

You’re just 90 meters from the fine-grained Südstrand! The proximity to the beach, the private terrace with lounge area and gas grill, bright rooms furnished in a Nordic style, spacious bedrooms with ocean views, a bathtub, and fast Wi-Fi guarantee a wonderful vacation no matter the weather! You can even work from home in the cozy work nook. The shared garden offers space for kids and dogs, and there’s room for your bikes in the shed.

Our tip—perfect for young families:
A travel crib for toddlers with an extra mattress, as well as a high chair, are available upon request.
The short walk to the beach—without having to cross a single street—means little ones can get to the water quickly and stress-free.

Is your dog just as much a part of your vacation as you are? He’s more than welcome in this apartment!
Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the open fields, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.
