Opinie

6 / 10

The overall stay was ok. Communication with the property owner was poor. Ran out of household supplies like trash bags, which made it difficult to take out the trash, as property owner requested. Kitchen amenities could use improvement.

6 / 10

Communication was good prior to check in but after that was ignored. Stayed here to be close to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks, which was nice. Nest thermostat was locked at 77 degrees in the evening. Most of the house inside was clean but backyard was full of cigarette butts and some trash. The washing machine and dryer were very nice, but no detergent provided for them or dishwasher.

6 / 10

The host pretty much ignored any message I sent. The pull out couch that my son was suppose to sleep on had mouse droppings all over. The mattress was stained and very dirty. The floors were sticky and dirty. Other than that it wasn’t too bad. It was larger than I thought it would be. So overall, I would say it could have been cleaner. They need to fix the screen door, it is heavy and slams shut. And there was a piece of border wood on floor that was broke and every one kept tripping over it. Hard to explain but hopefully it will get fixed. I personally will not stay there again.
