We had a wonderful stay at April's Retreat. This is our 3rd year staying here. There were a couple issues that popped up this time around. The air conditioner broke and we had to wait until 5:00 for the repairman to arrive, until he got there we had to have all the ceiling fans going to keep the temp at 80 inside. unfortunately the microwave over the stove was not working, but we the owner provided a small one on the dry bar that we could use that worked out well for us. There also seemed to be a number of forks missing so we needed to wash some by hand for some of the nights we cooked. Overall it was a great week and we would recommend this condo to anyone.
