We loved our stay here. The only suggestion I have is to have the AC turned on before the guests arrive. When we showed up to the house it was 89 degrees inside and took all evening to cool down to a comfortable temperature.
Other than that, the place was fantastic. We loved our weekend.

Great place for our family to enjoy together! Plenty of space inside, so clean and well supplied for our comfort. The back porch swing and lovely yard and the river were so enjoyable!

This was a great house for our weekend getaway. The house was spacious for everyone and the backyard was the perfect spot to hangout!

House was large and well equipped. Lots of nice sitting areas. Lots of issues that distracted us including: no ac on when arrived and it took all evening to cool off, downstairs bedroom was very musty, lots of spider webs throughout, WiFi that was incredibly unreliable, hot tub that was full of sand and cold, lots of bugs in the house, wine cooler that never worked, freezer door was frozen shut, gas grill barely worked until we cleaned it, and the river had 6 inches of trash on the bottom that made swimming unpleasant and well, just not what we expected from a fine rental! Despite all that, our family had a great time together.
