We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from UNC Asheville. This was a great home for our 9 family/friends staying at the house. We had a cookout following graduation and there was ample room for the celebration in the house (about 25 people). This home is about 3 miles from UNC Asheville and is a quick drive to the River Arts District and downtown. Great location with a lot of room.

The host was wonderful and very responsive. The property needs some TLC...mostly basic maintenance.
