Whether you’re visiting for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, a concert, or just to enjoy the city's legendary nightlife, dining, and shopping - our location puts you steps from it all.
The space is great if traveling with family, friends, or any type of group. The space offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table and living room with a queen size sleeper sofa. Three bedrooms offer a king bed and the fourth bedroom offers two queen size beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. One of the ensuites has a shower only and the other ensuites offer a tub/shower combo. The living room offers a 65” TV and the bedrooms have a 55" TV, all with streaming abilities. Each unit has a stacked washer and dryer and clothing steamer for use during your stay as well.
The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the property. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. This area is designated as non-smoking.
We have a designated vaping area located on the 9th floor of the building. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited in our units and will set off our state of the art smoke alarm system.
The Eleanor New Orleans is located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave featuring 31 units that are 3-6 bedrooms and range from 1,178-1,959 sq ft. We are a locally owned and operated vacation rental in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Avenue. Our arrival process is contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.
While our hotel does not offer parking, there are two public parking facilities conveniently located directly below the property. Rates are generally $20-30/24 hours (but will increase during special events and festivals). The two parking options are located just below our property. Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 and has a height clearance of 6’4”. The other option, ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot), is also directly behind our building for overflow or oversized vehicles.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $135/stay (max 2 included). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there is also a grassy park located across the street from our units. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to bring a pet.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $300 for a 12pm arrival or $200 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $200 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.
We only require light cleaning prior to departure – taking out garbage and washing any dirty dishes. All linen is professionally laundered between guests.

We would stay there again! The big advantage was that every couple had their own full bath! The location was also ideal! At 84, my parents could walk to the French Quarter with no problem! We appreciated the kitchen, dining and living space. Some things didn’t work- a stove burner, lights over the island, a broken trash bin in one bathroom and a missing tv remote. The unit was clean, just not loved. We did not have time or a strong desire to have these fixed for our stay, but it would have been nice if maintenance noticed before our arrival.Next time, I would plan for no storage. Since we were there for a week, living out of our suitcases was challenging since there were no bureaus and only a few hangers. We also ran out of toilet paper and we were told, nicely, that after one roll per bathroom, it was the guests’s responsibility. Fair enough but I think it is helpful for future guests to know. Definitely book The Elenor! The unit was secure and clean, the pool was enjoyable, the parking was close and we felt safe when taking a short walk to endless dining, shopping, touring. But do pack hangers, a shoe bag for the bathroom door to store your small items, and some toilet paper.

Stayed for Tulane graduation and the location, rooms/bathrooms and layout worked great. Overall would recommend and stay again. Suggestion-there was not one full length mirror. Tough for the ladies getting ready. Communication and check-in/check-out were easy.

The property was roomy and comfortably fit the 10 of us. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Each room had a rack for hanging clothes. Each bathroom had body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Be careful with the use of toilet paper as each bathroom cane with only 3 rolls. The access was easy to get to and from using Uber. I would stay there again.
