O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Approximately a mile from the water, Adventure on Arbor is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district that includes free use of an electronic golf cart to explore the area!
This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fenced-in backyard for relaxing in the Gulf breezes.
Adventure on Arbor is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway and week-long vacations with the family.
Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.
Adventure on Arbor features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including an oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, both a drip coffee maker & Keurig, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.
The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed.
In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a King bed and SmartTV, with an attached bathroom.
There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with twin trundle bed, both with SmartTVs. The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet and has multiple ceiling fans for additional cooling.
Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a four-seat electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost.
There is a fully fenced-in backyard for those bringing furry friends. The patio also provides outdoor seating with a table, and there is a propane grill for cooking out.
***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***
***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, garage & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***
While at Adventure on Arbor, you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.
If you need another property for friends or family to stay nearby, we also offer a vacation rental right across the street! https://www.vrbo.com/2670141?

All went well. The house is just what we were looking for.

The house itself was conveniently located near Downtown and the beach, so we really like that. The golf was a huge hit and was a reason that we booked the place. The downfall was a smelly trashcan covered in flies on the property so we smelled that every time we went outside. The owner offered to move it to the road, but it still wasn't great to smell it. Overall, it was a nice property.
