Air conditioner quite noisy with dripping water sound continually. Room dated needs repairs on ceiling and doors. Room quieter than anticipated. Location was EXCELLENT!

Absolutely amazing view! The condo was clean, owner was very accommodating, and quick communication. The room is just steps away from the beach, pool, restaurants, and more.

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach. The accessibility to the beach from the condo was perfect. The instructions to access the building and the beach were very clear and the communication with the host was excellent. She was very quick to respond and handled all questions right away. We loved our time spent at Cocoa Beach!
