Clean and convenient location. Owner responded quickly to questions and personally came to resolve a small issue with gas grill. TV is basic channels, if you want more than I suggest that you bring a ROKU or Fire Stick. Hope to be back. 🏖️

The property and house was spotless in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The kitchen was perfect though we decided not to cook. Unfortunately the last occupants before us apparently stole the welcome book, which had the password to the wifi, instructions for the use of the tv, brochures for the area and extra blankets in the bedrooms. I did call 48 hours before to ask for early arrival but that didn’t happen. The lock box was old and hard to get into. The host was very apologetic and mortified about the missing items and said he will be replacing them immediately. I would definitely come back next year.

This house is the perfect location if you are visiting a student at URI or want time at the beach. They are both a short drive from the house. The backyard is great for children to run around in, and the deck is a great size.

The owner was not very nice and hard to reach. We had an issue that we could not get in because he had changed the code to the lock box.But we were never notified and neither was the management company. The owner told me I was checking in early but it was after 4 so I was not. He also said he called me and texted me which he did not. If he was nicer about his mistake it would have been fine but he was rude. Evolve the management company was great to deal with. The house is nice and very clean but empty- no games, kayaks, nothing extra. Would not rent again.
