GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS
TO THE PROPERTY.

The following RULES govern the prohibitions, use, and enjoyment of the reserved accommodation, which complies with the requirements set forth in the Regulations on Vacation Rentals of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.

The housing units are furnished and equipped for immediate use; their design and dimensions allow for adequate provision of furniture and equipment for activities such as rest, dressing, personal hygiene, living, storage, and access to telecommunications services. Minimum dimensions, equipment elements, and occupancy are determined based on the number of double bedrooms it contains, in accordance with the requirements of Decree 117/2006, dated August 1, which regulates the habitability conditions of dwellings, or any regulation that replaces it, and is equipped with the minimum required amenities in each of its rooms, proportional to the number of occupants and appropriate to the activities carried out, such as:
General Amenities, Bedrooms, Bathroom, Kitchen.

There is an informational sign displaying a customer service phone number, available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., for any issues related to the facility, as well as phone numbers and addresses for emergency services, healthcare providers, pharmacies, the police, and other useful contacts, written in several languages.

These GENERAL RULES AND TERMS OF ACCESS are provided in detail for your information and compliance, They will also be sent via mobile messaging (WhatsApp or other messaging apps) prior to check-in, and will be available in physical (paper) format for reference during your stay, as described below:

GUEST REGISTRATION:
In compliance with the regulations established in Royal Decree 933/2021, dated October 26, regarding the documentation and reporting of individuals or legal entities engaged in lodging activities, it is mandatory to submit a guest report to the relevant authorities containing all guest information; this must be done prior to check-in.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-In Time: from 4:00 p.m. (Canary Islands Time) to 8:00 p.m.; please inquire for times outside these hours.
Check-out Time: By 12:00 p.m.

EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PROPERTY - NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS:
Parties, gatherings, or events, as well as activities that are disruptive, unsanitary, harmful, or dangerous, and the use of the property for purposes other than lodging, are strictly prohibited.

OCCUPANCY AND USE OF ROOMS:
The number of people specified in the reservation must not be exceeded.

PETS:
Pets are strictly prohibited inside the property.

NO SMOKING:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the property, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, or other devices that produce vapor or smoke.
