The vacation rental was clean.

Location was great. Elevator was a bonus. Beds very uncomfortable and noisy. Pillows also very large and uncomfortable. One television in the whole place and that didn’t work very well. We had to use our own ROKU box. Internet was sketchy at best. Deferred maintenance, mold and ceiling issues in both bathrooms. Had to plunge toilet multiple times. Bathtub jets are disgusting and regardless of two people coming to “clean them” they are still gross. Thus disallowing my mom to soak at the end of the day after long walking. Couches are VERY uncomfortable like don’t sit there too long uncomfortable. Time for new furniture. And televisions!!!!

The location of this vrbo was perfect and easily the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall experience were disappointing. The house was visibly dirty upon arrival — there were hair balls throughout the home and dust buildup in the corners of every room.The street noise was also extremely loud and should absolutely be disclosed in the listing. They provided a noise machine, which clearly indicates they are aware of the issue, but we were not prepared for how disruptive it would be. Even in the bedroom away from the street, we could still hear neighboring guests very clearly throughout the night.The internet also did not work during our stay. I’ll admit I should have reached out sooner, but when I contacted them toward the end of the trip, the only accommodation offered was a “discount” on a future stay, which was not helpful considering the issues we experienced.Additionally, they charged an extra 60 for early check-in and told us we could not access the garage early because the cleaners needed it. Based on the condition of the house, that explanation was frustrating.Overall, the location was great, but I would not stay here again or recommend it.
