Enjoy second floor luxury 1100 square foot one bedroom one bath apartment on the corner of Front and San Miguel Streets across the street from the beach. Ocean views from both inside and the private balcony.
The Primary Bedroom has a king bed. The living room has queen sofa sleeper, two 42" TVs with Direct TV programming including all the movie channels, fireplace. Wi-Fi Included with Every Stay. Washer/Dryer. Central vacuum. Complete equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, and housewares. Duvet, shams and mattress pad are laundered after each occupancy
The gated garage includes parking for one vehicle (a second parking space can usually be made available with advance notice), dumbwaiter to apartment and outdoor sand shower. There is 7' clearance for vehicles in the parking garage. It’s location is isolated from other living units and provides secure private parking.

If desired, a keyed back entry stairway may be used from garage which is available to this unit and one other. The keyed entry stairway is monitored by a camera.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful one-bedroom condo in Avila Beach! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The covered parking was a huge bonus and made coming and going incredibly convenient.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to downtown, the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the amenities Avila Beach has to offer. We rarely needed to use our car because everything was so close.The host made the entire experience seamless, and the condo truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-appointed place to enjoy Avila Beach. Five stars all the way!

We have been visiting 28 San Miguel for many years, and it has always checked all the boxes. It's one of the best locations in Avila. That said, it's time for a facelift. The furniture is the same as it was when we first rented many years ago, and showing its wear. Also, there is a horrible smell coming from the shower drain and under the kitchen sink that is getting worse each year. The ant problem is also an issue and the maintenance team spraying ant spray in the dresser drawers results in your clothes smelling like ant spray. Past that, we enjoyed our stay..
