This accommodation is offered exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement with a term of between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in a situation of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placements, professional assignments or transfers, etc.). You must sign the tenancy agreement in order to gain access to the accommodation.
Once you have made your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for mobility, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not submitted, access to the property cannot be granted

Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

All rooms in the property are on the same floor.

The flat is on the first floor, accessible via a staircase, and is laid out as follows:
- A lovely living room with a sofa, a dining table and a flat-screen TV.
- A semi-open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a wide range of kitchen utensils. There is also a round table for your meals.

- Two beautiful, spacious bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x190) for two people, which can be separated or pushed together for couples

For your convenience, you’ll also have access to an iron and ironing board, as well as a dishwasher.

Place Sainte-Colombe: Formerly a market square in the 12th century, it was refurbished in 2008. Benches have been installed and trees planted, and both local residents and tourists now enjoy this square as a lovely spot to take a break.

The Saint-Pierre district is regarded as the cradle of Bordeaux. It is only natural that this former Gallo-Roman port, which would later become a medieval town, took its name from the patron saint of fishermen. In the 12th century, the harbour was filled in. The ramparts of the walled city were demolished in the 18th century, with the development of the Place de la Bourse. All that remains is the 35-metre-high Cailhau defensive gate and a network of pedestrianised or semi-pedestrianised alleyways, whose names reflect the district’s commercial and artisanal heritage: Rue des Argentiers, Rue des Bahutiers and Rue du Chai des Farines. In the 16th century, the neighbourhood also began to be populated by middle-class families around the Church of Saint-Rémi.
