*PLEASE make sure to thoroughly look over all of the details in the listing of this home to answer any questions you may have. I am happy to answer any questions that you can't find the answers to. Although we do our best to keep the property in the best shape that it can possibly be in, there will be times where things are overlooked or may need to be fixed while guests are in the home. Work on the home may have to occur while guests are checked in, although this would be a last resort. Refunds will not be given for amenities being temporarily out of service, such as the pool/hot tub or the air conditioning. The host will make every effort to get these amenities back in working order as quickly as possible by contracting out reputable companies, but there may be delays depending on how busy the companies are. **Maximum number of guests allowed in the home is 15**

The home was beautiful and welcoming. Since the beach was a few miles away, having a pool was a very nice option. Very quiet and lovely community. The host was very friendly and responsive! Would highly recommend.

House was nice but there was no toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap. They need a gas grill. No one uses charcoal anymore. The pantry smelled so bad you could smell it throughout the house.

This is a large and very nice house in a great location. The house sits on a large lot overlooking a lake in a quiet neighborhood. There is almost no traffic around the house. The view from the pool patio is awesome, especially in the morning for sunrise. We were a party of 3 couples and there was plenty of space with room to spare. This house could easily host larger groups then we had.The amenities were great with a washer dryer and dishwasher that made housekeeping easy. The kitchen is well stocked and large. The pool and hot tub were great, especially since the pool had a deep end which is rare. The host was gracious and attentive.

Property was better than advertised. It was ideally set up for our family that had come to celebrate a 80th birthday with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was great- easy drive to beaches, restaurants and only 30 min from Vero airport. Lots of towels were provided which is a super plus. The pool and hot tub were great and the host Cindy immediately responded to any communication. Would definitely book again.
