New property. Clean. Modern amenities. Dog friendly. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, utensils, cutlery etc. nice bath products. Great location. Fast WiFi. Only thing I had trouble with is that there was no garage door opener to use which was a bit inconvenient.

This is a beautiful condo in a lovely, very quiet, neighborhood. The condo was clean, very bright with lots of windows and great views of the mountains. It was wonderfully equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The beds were super comfy. We came a little early in the Summer so the nights were still fairly cold but, we never felt cold inside and there were no drafts. It's a wonderful place and we look forward to returning again.

Beautiful home away from home! Everyone loved that each room had its own bathroom with showers. The house was spacious and clean. Even though the common area (pool table, jacuzzi, etc) were on the other side of the neighborhood, they were clean and easy to access. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this place for a family vacation in Mammoth Lakes with 6 people about 5 months in advance. I chose this property because of the newer build and the amenities for the family.
30 minutes before arriving I was notified that there was a issue with the garage door and the property will be ready for check in at 4pm. Upon arriving at the property at 4pm the garage was not fixed and the maintenance guy told us he was waiting for a 3rd party service technician to arrive and he did not show up. The maintenance guy also told us that the company was aware of this issue for 2-3 days before our arrival. Meanwhile we had our family of 6 waiting in the cars out front in the street after some traveling across the country for the trip. After many back and fourth calls with the Nomadness rental team with very little understanding of our frustrating situation, the owner refunded us very little and the the garage door did not operate as normal. We were finally able to check in by 5pm. Each time we had to open and close the garage we had to go inside the house and mess with the garage door button until it stoped moving.
In addition to the garage issues, there was trash left under the kitchen sink that smelled really bad upon our arrival, and no hand soap in the downstairs bathroom where my wife and I stayed.
As a whole, we were not impressed with this property and for paying a lot to stay here for 3 nights we did not get the experience we expected from this property.
