6th floor fully furnished studio with a private balcony -wonderful views of Sport City and the canal. Sport City is home to the International Cricket Stadium and Els Club AND only a 10 min drive away is Dubai Miracle Garden which is the largest natural flower garden in the world.
Supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes and more all in walking distance AND a bus stop right outside the building! Parking for one vehicle is avail underground. Roof top swim pool and jogging track. There is a gym, sauna, steam room, too.

The host was welcoming. The Tv and outlet were not working correctly. Overall nice for a very quick stay. Area is quiet and nice

We had a great stay in Suzanne appartement. Great communication and location. The apartment is very clean. The balcony view is perfect to take a drink and eat after visiting Dubai. Very nice the supermarket just in the building to buy and take food. Highly recommended. I ll come back sure next trip.
