The home is cozy and well decorated. It’s super clean and check-in was easy.Plenty of street parking available or you can park in the garage if you don’t mind getting out and going in the garage to open the door.Host was communicative.Well stocked kitchen and bathroom for anything you might need.Also, I love staying in this area whenever I visit Denver. Great neighborhood to go for a walk and plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby. My partner, dog, and I all felt right at home during our travels – thanks for a great stay!

Great place in a great location. There was plenty of room for four guys and it wasn't too far away from Red Rocks or downtown. There are some good restaurants nearby and the nearest lightrail station is only a 10 min walk away. This takes you over to the collection of good bars and restaurants on South Broadway. The only knock was finding a 3000 pending charge on my credit card. I called VRBO and they confirmed it came from the host. VRBO then contacted the host and explained this is for a damage deposit and it was in the listing. VRBO checked and didn't find this mentioned in the listing. After the trip I also checked and didn't find a damage deposit mentioned in the listing. This was a surprise but thankfully the pending charge was gone when I checked my credit card a couple days after the trip. Overall this was still a good place for my group to stay at on our trip.
