Its a 1300 sq ft in the basement level that comfortably accommodates up to 7 adult guests + 2 children in 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 full bed, Toddler bed, and 1 queen bed, plus a full size hide a bed couch and a Pack 'n Play.
Convenient combination deadbolt entry lock for easy 24/7 check-in.
Entire guest floor is private and your home away from home, including fully stocked open kitchen, dining and living space, 1 full bathroom, laundry room, built-in sauna and a large parking lot.
There are 10 steps going down to the unit.
All linens provided, washer and dryer available for use, as well as a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. We also provide washer detergent, dish soap, shampoo, soap, and body wash, coffee maker, electric teapot, wine bottle opener, and much more, so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay.
Apartment is also equipped with nice built-in Sauna and Ping pong table. Sauna is $20 per hour for electric and cleaning expenses.
We like to give guests their privacy, but if you need anything please do not hesitate to call us- we're next door to assist. We'll be happy to offer recommendations for activities, shopping, and restaurants.

Appreciated the flexibility of the host, in working with our dynamic schedule. The home was nice and worked well for a small family footprint.

The property was sufficient for what we needed. Having the washer and dryer was great, but you needed some instructions for using them. You need to be tall to reach the one on top. Be observant that there are numerous stairs to the unit. I must have missed that. Carrying heavy suitcases up and down the stairs was burdensome. The host needs a book telling you where the towels are kept and where the light switches are in the bathroom. I wasn't sure where to park my vehicle. I had trouble understanding the parking instructions. I had to contact the host for information, and the host was very responsive to my requests for information. The outside of the unit was not very inviting.
