Pros: Location - block away from beachView was great - you can watch the boats on river come and go all day Walk to main bars, Starbucks and CVS far enough away to be quiet Two beach chairs come with condo Gym on site Everyone at front desk is helpful and friendly Two pools Layout - bedrooms on either side of living roomConsNot a lot of communication w host on arrival day - hard to know how to get the beach chair passNo rugs at all in condo - I get the sand factor but would be great to have them at least by beds No overhead lights or overhead fans in bedrooms
