Spanning 180 m² of living space across two floors, the villa features 3 bedrooms, two luxurious, newly renovated bathrooms, a spacious dining and living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. From the upper bedroom, with its ensuite bathroom, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the sea in two directions right from your bed. The furnishings consist largely of designer furniture and are of very high quality.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast with a magnificent ocean view on the terrace or have breakfast at the neighboring hotel. For a fee, you can also use the sauna and fitness center at this hotel. Villa Mia Stella is one of the few homes in this very popular small complex that features a heated private pool. This way, you can round out your day in the evening with a refreshing dip in the beautiful, night-lit private pool. The pool is secluded, not visible from the outside, and accessible directly from the living room via a second terrace. The villa has a private parking space right in front of the house and additional parking options right next to it.
From the villa, the center of Costa Calma—with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shopping centers—is about 500 meters away. The villa itself is located in a very quiet area, guaranteeing a relaxing vacation.
The world-famous windsurfing and kitesurfing spot Sotavento—home to René Egli’s center, which offers both lessons and equipment rentals, as well as a very expansive sandy beach—is just a few minutes away. If you’d rather ride the waves, a 10-minute drive will take you to La Pared on the other side of the island, where you’ll find powerful Atlantic waves, a huge sandy beach, a steep cliff, and an unparalleled panoramic view with beautiful sunsets. So you can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing beach vacation with your companions or engage in water sports, whether you’re staying as a couple or with up to six people in this beautiful villa. Thanks to high-speed internet with 300 Mbit, the modern villa is also ideal for working from home.
