The Space:

Perched on a hillside overlooking Ludlow and the Green Mountains, this contemporary cabin pairs the welcoming feel of a traditional log home with modern design and updated comforts. It offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to nine guests.



The atrium-style living room creates an inviting central space, while the separate dining room and breakfast nook offer options for shared meals, morning coffee, and time together before heading out to explore the area.



Downstairs, the basement game room provides additional space to relax and have fun after a day on the mountain.



Outside, enjoy the expansive yard, private pool, and sweeping mountain views. With air conditioning and updated finishes throughout, the cabin is designed for comfortable stays in every season.



Just 5 minutes from Okemo Mountain and 2 minutes from downtown Ludlow, it’s a convenient home base for ski trips, family getaways, and time away in Vermont.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Lodge, including its private pool and outdoor areas. The property shares a driveway with another rental, but the Lodge and its lot and pool are private. Entry is provided via smart lock for convenient self check-in.



During the winter season, snow tires or a 4x4 vehicle are highly recommended.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a hillside just above Ludlow, the Lodge offers a peaceful setting with convenient access to the area's dining, shopping, and outdoor activities. Downtown Ludlow is approximately 2 minutes away, while Okemo Mountain is about a 5-minute drive, making it easy to get to the slopes during ski season.



Whether you're visiting for winter adventures or a mountain getaway in another season, the location makes it easy to enjoy both the quiet hillside setting and the nearby town.



Getting Around:

Car is necessary. Because of the incline of the driveway, a car with 4WD or AWD is highly recommended and necessary during the winter months.



Other Things to Note:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Air conditioning: There's a total of 3 units. There’s one split unit in each of the two King bedrooms upstairs, one unit in the living-room. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Swimming Pool: Our outdoor pools typically open for Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day weekend, weather permitting.



Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 9 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 9 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
