Eat together at the dining table by the window as you soak up the sweeping ocean views across the rooftops then pair your dinner with a bottle from the wine bar or a freshly brewed coffee with breakfast from the well-stocked coffee bar.

There are three beautifully styled bedrooms within the home including the impressive master suite on the top level with a king bed and sparkling ensuite bathroom while downstairs the second and third bedrooms await along with an additional bathroom stocked with all the essentials for your stay.

After a day at the beach, you’ll also find a convenient outdoor shower where you can wash off the sand and surf before heading inside.

Guests have private access to the entire beach house and private patio as well as free Wi-Fi, free garaged parking, a complimentary coffee bar and wine bar, free snacks and access to a range of board games to keep the family entertained for hours.



The Neighborhood:

This bright, luxurious beach house is centrally located only steps from the famous Manhattan Beach literally a block away! Only a 10 minute walk to the popular Manhattan Beach Boulevard.



While Santa Monica and Venice are certainly hot spots worth a visit, for those who want a more laid-back vibe, Manhattan Beach is your perfect coastal retreat.



Located close to LAX in L.A.’s South Bay region, Manhattan Beach’s biggest draw is, of course, the beach! The sand and surf here are the real deal, and the scene can sometimes look straight out of an updated version of Baywatch.



The ultra-smooth sand is dotted with volleyball nets and is home to the annual Manhattan Beach Open, the pro beach volleyball summer tournament. And, of course, it’s a hot spot for surfing. The International Surf Festival is also a big draw to MB (as the locals call it) every summer.



The Manhattan Beach Pier, where Manhattan Beach Boulevard meets the Pacific, offers a relaxing stroll with breathtaking views of L.A.’s most expensive beachside homes and the scenic Palos Verdes Peninsula to the south.



Winners of past Manhattan Beach Opens are commemorated along the 928-foot pier, and at the end you’ll find the quaint, free Roundhouse Aquarium with viewing pools and touch tanks. Fun fact: Roundhouse was the location of the surf shop where Keanu Reeves’ character in Point Break bought his surfboard.

Along the beach is a nicely paved path known as The Strand, popular with cyclists, runners, and casual walkers taking in the scenery. Hermosa Beach is just a couple of miles south and makes for a good scenic route.



Further inland, Downtown Manhattan Beach is the bustling center of the city, loaded with high-end boutiques, retailers, hotels, bars, and many popular casual and fine-dining restaurants. Every Tuesday, 11 am-3 pm, more than 50 food vendors converge on Downtown Manhattan Beach for the weekly Manhattan Beach Certified Farmers Market.



The Strand House offers unparalleled ocean views along with its top-rated farm-to-table and specialty cocktail menus. M.B. Post has a Michelin-starred chef. There are also plenty of low-key spots like the open-air pub Simmzy’s, perfect for a quick bite after spending the day shopping or surfing.
