The apartment is in a noble building from the end of the 1800s with a doorman and can accommodate up to 8 people
All the archaeological sites are reachable "on foot" from the apartment but also:
Auditorium Parco Musica, Stadio Olimpico, etc.
Alternatively you have the tram in front of the house (No. 2)
Period furniture - soaps and high quality linen
Supermarkets, bars, elegant restaurants

Beautiful place and felt safe. The gardens were beautiful and fragrant. That was a nice surprise and just added to our enjoyment. Family of 4 with 17 and 22 year old. We all had a wonderful time. The owner met with us and was always helpful when we had questions.

We loved staying at Marina’s apartment- it is spacious, clean, surrounded by a beautiful garden, has character and is in great location! We were able to walk everywhere we needed. We love walking. There is a great grocery store, beautiful park and lots of restaurants nearby. Marina was available when we needed her, helped us in any way she could, and was very kind to us. We had a great experience! We recommend you print your reservation for extra details and add’l info.

This is a nice apartment with good amenities. We were fine with walking but know that you are in a residential area about 2 miles from the Vatican and Colosseum. The kitchen is a kitchenette but has everything you need for breakfast or a simple dinner. We enjoyed staying in a residential area with good, local restaurants. Marina was helpful in securing airport transportation and recommending sites and restaurants. The plumbing in the second bathroom did not work well. We booked this particular apartment because it listed a private pool but the pool is at a nearby athletic club and costs 20 euro per person per time. Marina became angry when I asked about this and stated that had I printed our confirmation from a PC I would have seen this, but I cannot see this information in the app or the full confirmation. Overall, I can recommend this property just know the details may not all be correct.
