Great place to stay and awesome host

Our host Parth was prompt, courteous and accomadates our last minute early check in request. As with anything in life there were minor hiccups which he responded to amazingly fast. The properties location, size and amenities make this an ideal spot for seeing and experiencing all that Colorado has to offer. The major sites, RMNP for example, is just an hour or so away. The size of the property makes it perfect for large family gatherings.

Had a great time for my family.

House is located in a working-class neighborhood that felt safe but was not exactly picturesque. Easy to drive into downtown Denver or to surrounding attractions. We were a family of 6 and fit comfortably. Can see that 10 people could definitely fit as 2 people could share each of the 5 bedrooms. Property was clean. Had issues with a clogged dishwasher and malfunctioning washing machine. These issues put a damper on the experience but were dealt with promptly by the owner, who was very responsive. Upstairs bathroom needs towel hooks/bars and the bedrooms could use dressers to put clothes. The children loved the hot tub and the ping-pong table in the basement. Overall, this is a great value for the money--if you choose this place, it's because you're close to Denver and can fit a big group for relatively little money, and don't need frills but enjoy the perks of the hot tub and ping-pong table.
