I don't really do the VRBO or AirBNB thing, but Livingston Lodge absolutely has made me rethink my views. The photos and description didn't do the view or level of comfort justice. I was in town for a big family wedding, but I am definitely going to return for a vacation. It was selected for it's convenience and it became a preferred destination. If you need quiet comfort in a stunning rustic setting, this is THEE place.

Everything was clean, fully stocked kitchen with enough utensils for a group of 8 of us. The hot tub was working amazing and everything was perfect the entire week.

Beautiful scenery, less than 10 minutes from town. Very spacious interior, the walk-in handicap shower was an unexpected but great feature. Amenities for both the humans and the dog staying were exceptional. Host was quick to respond to questions about features that my home does not have (smart home heating/cooling). Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. Looking forward to booking again.

This is a very fresh smelling, clean home with new carpet and furnishings. Comfortable amenities in a very quiet area.
Upon reading reviews more in depth, I understood what one person meant by “neighbors”. It appears someone (presumably the on-site manager) lives in the basement? Normally that would be fine however there are stairs inside the house that lead to that basement. No secure lock on (our) side.
It’s fine, there was no disturbance and I’m sure it’s fine but there needs to be full disclosure how close this person is. Furthermore, not having a secure lock on the inside can leave people uneasy.
This is a cute house! Very clean with tons of room. The deck is INCREDIBLE!
