The Space:

Step inside this spacious 3-bedroom dual key apartment (101 & 102) and feel an instant sense of calm and relaxation. The layout is ideal for families or groups, offering privacy while still being connected. Located in the shallow lagoon pool area, it’s especially convenient for families with younger children. With access to the resort’s shared pool, the home captures Queensland’s signature indoor–outdoor lifestyle, bathed in natural light.



Inside, an L-shaped sofa and central TV create a welcoming living area to unwind after a day in the tropics, while sliding doors connect seamlessly to a private patio framed by lush greenery. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast outdoors, stretch out on sun loungers with a novel, or sip wine as the evening breeze drifts in.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, a Nespresso machine, and generous bench space, making it easy to prepare anything from beachside snacks to indulgent dinners. A large dining table invites everyone to gather for shared meals, though the on-site restaurant offers effortless alternatives.



Three inviting bedrooms blend soft, calming tones with premium bedding to ensure restful nights. The studio suite features a King bed, a private lounge with a TV, and a bar area with a dining nook for easy breakfasts. A contemporary ensuite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower completes the space, which opens to a garden patio with alfresco seating — the perfect setting for morning coffee. The primary bedroom is styled with a Queen bed, while the 2nd bedroom offers a King bed that can be converted into two single beds. These rooms share a bright, modern bathroom with a generous shower.



For added convenience, the apartment includes an in-unit laundry with a washing machine and dryer, as well as on-site parking. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort.



The accommodation is self catering and will be provided with a complimentary starter amount of amenities for our guests, usually enough for the first night as you get settled into the property.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the shared gym and pool. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

The relaxed town of Port Douglas is famed as a starting point to explore the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest. It’s home to the tree fringed Four Mile Beach and offers a vibrant village centre with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. Visitors can choose from a great range of cruises departing Port Douglas Marina, which cater to sightseeing, snorkelling and scuba diving, as well as day trips to Cape Tribulation, Mossman Gorge and the rainforest village of Kuranda. Dine at contemporary Australian eatery Zinc and tuck into gastro-pub fare at The Court House Hotel. Kids will love a visit to Wildlife Habitat to get up close with wallabies, koalas and more.



Getting Around:

Parking: Garage 1 is allocated for one vehicle and additional free parking spots are available on the premises for your convenience.



Airport: The airport is approximately a 1 hour drive away.



Public Transport: Convenient shuttle buses can be arranged by the resort reception for transport into town for a fee payable to the driver.

The nearest public transport is a 21-minute walk from the property.

Room Account: As this apartment is privately managed by The Boutique Collection, you are a guest of ours and not of Pullman Hotels. You are entitled to use the resort's facilities but will be required to pay as you go when dining at the restaurant or pool bar.
