The location is very peaceful and tranquil even in the summer and it takes 30 minutes walk to Marbella center along the boardwalk.
The apartment was partly refurbished in January 2026, featuring three en-suite bathrooms with newly installed modern showers, and in the master bathroom a brand-new Villeroy & Boch bathtub. The property also boasts a fully refurbished, modern, and fully equipped kitchen, offering both style and functionality.

Beautiful apartment right on the ocean and boardwalk. Location was superb - accommodations were beautiful and comfortable Can’t wait to return
Our only comment is to let people know to bring water shoes for the ocean. And the underground parking garage is pretty tight so perhaps do not rent a van
