The room was fairly clean. Had a terrible smell when we first arrived. Balcony furniture is terribly outdated and falling apart. Bed is very difficult to sleep on. Tried to contact the owner, no response…….

Enjoyed our stay, but found out when we arrived that we were never told which tower we were to stay in. Needed security to escort us to figure out our room. Room was nice but not as well maintained as the one directly below it that my parents stayed in. Overall enjoyed our stay.

When I called management they gave me the run around and hung up on me. The address I was given was for Tower one. The agent on the phone even verified that I was at the correct condo. I was not able to gain access after midnight on the first night. I email the property manager and they never responded. I fell I should be refunded for the first day
