ABOUT CRABBING HOLE LANE
Crabbing Hole Lane is a two-story, 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home on the south side of the Town of Prominence on 30A with sleeping for 12. With two king Primary Suites, three covered porches and a six-seat golf cart included with your stay, it is an easy home base for larger groups, and the south Prominence community pool is about 350 feet away.

The open main floor brings the living room, dining area and kitchen together in one bright space. The kitchen has stainless appliances, a gas cooktop with a pot filler, built-in wall ovens and a farmhouse sink, with island seating for 4 and a dining table for 6. Primary Suite 1, the laundry area and a half bath are also on the main floor.

Primary Suite 1 (first floor) has a king bed and a private bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Upstairs, Primary Suite 2 has a king bed and a private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. The bunk room has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, and Bedroom 4 and the bunk room share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
The Town of Prominence offers a 5,000-square-foot resort-style community pool with cabanas, outdoor dining pavilions, community fireplaces and an outdoor amphitheater that hosts concerts, sporting events and movies on the lawn. The Big Chill serves everything from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers and shakes, and restaurants are within walking distance.

Deer Lake State Park, about 0.5 miles away, is the closest beach access to Prominence. Alcohol is not allowed and beach service is not available there because it is a state park. The Gulf Lakes public beach access, about 0.5 miles to the east, has no parking and is an easy ride by golf cart or bike. Additional Walton County beach accesses include Walton Dunes (about 2 miles west), Santa Clara (about 3.5 miles west) and Sea Breeze (just past Gulf Lakes).
