Large kitchen with granite tops and bar. All new appliances and Dining room with a large table and six chairs. There is a large sliding door in the kitchen as you step outside onto a spacious deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Located on the second and third floor of Duplex. Please be aware that the first floor is occupied.

This home is great for large families or several couples traveling together. No deck/porch noise after 10pm weekdays or 11pm weekends. This is how we stay good with the neighbors. NO parties or events. Street Parking only.
