The hot tub is a guest favorite and is thoroughly cleaned, balanced, and serviced between every stay. However, because it sees frequent use, it may occasionally need unexpected maintenance, re-balancing, or a short heating cycle during your stay. We do everything we can to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% continuous availability. As it's provided as a complimentary amenity, we're unable to offer refunds or partial discounts if it's temporarily out of service. Thanks so much for understanding!

Home was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view! The home had plenty of rooms and the enclosed backyard was great for kids. The hot tub was very nice and the perfect way to relax. (Jacuzzi tub inside was great too). The house is also located in a convenient area with plenty of good restaurants and other activities nearby (Titlo park, Proctor Street, Point Defiance, and more). My minor improvement items would be not really great entertainment options in the home (basic TVs that didn't really work that well for us), more organized or at least a single set of cleaner/better shape pots, pans), was a little strange that the master bathroom is not connected to the master bedroom upstairs (and the low bedframe in the master is a killer on toes ). But don't hesitate to enjoy this place. Great home. Comfortable. Good views. Good host.

Stayed here for six nights over Thanksgiving holiday. Fortunately I brought a lot of what I needed in the kitchen to prepare our meal for nine people. There was a full set of plates but all other dishes, glassware and utensils seemed to be whatever previous guests had contributed. House is badly in need of repair and maintenance and deep cleaning. I read previous reviews on “immaculate” condition and was very disappointed that floors were gritty and dirty, which was apparent when wearing socks without shoes or going barefoot per house rules. Downstairs shower is completely unsafe with loose, rocking floorboards in which I managed to pinch my toe. King bed is 18” off the floor. All mattresses are uncomfortable memory foam. On the plus side it has a beautiful view from back deck and in warmer, dry weather would be very enjoyable. Kitchen has huge island and adjoining dining area and living space very comfortable. Oven looks new and worked great. Quiet, lovely neighborhood close to markets, etc.
