The house was immaculate and beds were very comfortable! Extremely quiet neighborhood even though there is a lot of new construction in the area. Kitchen was probably the most well-stocked I've ever seen! Lots of pots, pans, dishware and utensils. A little trouble with the combination lock on the front door but Lionel was responsive in handling it. Fun having the table games!

We enjoyed our time at the house. It was very convenient to our family and close to several things we were doing that week. We found the home clean and ready for our family. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. The house was well-appointed with most everything we needed. We would stay there again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here at the Palm Bay Chalet! Lionel was very easy to communicate with. The house was super clean and perfect for our needs, the pictures do not do it justice. We plan on using this property for our future visits into the area.
