House was great! WiFi was a little spotty but the mountain setting was incredible

Nice stay, really loved the location, beautiful view. Fireplace was not working and oddly every time you opened the door to the deck the screen would fall out. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking!Plenty of space for 3 families!

We did enjoy our stay. There was thirteen of us. The place needs a few updates. The screens and window coverings need updated or added. Some were missing completely or didn’t fit the window. Furniture is outdated and not very comfortable. Kitchen was great! Dining room was great. Newer linens are needed in some of the bedrooms. Dryer didn’t work.

Rented this place for a guys golf trip in Keystone. The house is 2 minutes from the Ranch Course. The house was a great size for our group of 8 and a good location. It was one of the more affordable options for a group our size. I think the value for the place is fair. That said, the house is not in great shape. We had to hold the microwave door shut in order for it to work, some windows are falling apart, screen in the door just fell out. Little things like that didn’t impact the quality of the stay but just know the house is not in great shape. Some beds were comfortable while others felt more like an air mattress than a bed. If you are looking for a large place at a lower price point, and don’t care about the house quality it’s a good option.
