Room was very tiny but fine for one night when you are barely in it. could use new towels. Location was great. Friendly staff!

Great location in the middle of town. Easy walk to many restaurants and to the grocery store

PBI location can't be beat, especially for the price. As the listing states, the room is quite small (as you would expect in a rennovated historic hotel), but comfortable. New bed was nice, but two larger adults might find it too small; we had no problem. The common spaces in the building (library, pool, outdoor seating) are a big plus. Thoughtful ameneties include beach towels and coffee maker. Definitely check on parking if bringing a car -- the city recently changed its rules, and the listing had inaccurate information about availability when we booked.

"Petite" isn't quite the right descriptor ... "itty-bitty, teeny-tiny" might be more accurate. The "new bed" was fine (it is an electric powered adjustable, i.e. the head can be raised and lowered). There is no chair to sit in. The TV is giant, sized for a much larger room, a little hard to watch so close up. There is no elevator to this level. Definitely not large enough for two adults.
