Welcome to Commodore 1003, a Gulf-front retreat on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This desirable location is steps from sugar-white sand and within walking distance of local restaurants, with marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront dining just minutes away.
The resort sits directly on the Gulf, offering a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a fire pit. With direct beach access, guests can enjoy chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless coastal activities. Free daily beach service—two chairs and one umbrella—is included from March through October.
This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodates up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living area, which features a Smart TV and queen sleeper sofa. The Gulf-front primary bedroom offers a King bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Condo was clean and in good condition. Many great amenities, including plenty of kitchen items for cooking and food prep. Lovely decor. Closet full of beach supplies and some sports equipment was a nice surprise! The blender and coffee maker could use an upgrade.
