The house was a decent size ranch with very beautiful backyard views of the mountains. The bedrooms were comfortable and offered a lot of privacy for couples traveling with a few other guests. The house was in good shape and in a very nice neighborhood near most anything you would need. Host was responsive. We enjoyed our 5 days there.

We had a lovely time in beautiful Sedona. The house was gorgeous, clean, and centrally located to everything. And the views! I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again.

We had a wonderful trip to Sedona. The house was everything we expected. Beautiful views and the patio was great. Thank you to Jared. He made the whole process a seamless process. Excellent communication and information shared by Jared. The only suggestion would be an upgrade of cooking pans. Thank you

Big home suitable for 6 or more. Clean, simple amenities, good location. Home smelled like moth balls for some reason, had to open windows every day. Guest shower head whistles and tv remote had slow response. Otherwise a decent stay. Would choose something else next time in the area for the cost of the rental we expected a bit more.
