This condo was perfect! It was super close to the beach, and had everything we needed. It was also super close to the store and restaurants. A great place to stay!

This condo has the potential to be awesome. The good:Communicative owners-We had an issue at arrival and they fixed it.Location- right on 30A above the Perfect Pig in SeagroveSize- Spacious 3 bed 2 bath layout with open kitchen, dining, and living space. The large master, secondary bedroom and bunk room were perfect for us.Beds- We liked all of the beds in the unit and found them all to be among the most comfortable of any rental we have stayed in.Private Beach Access- We prefer the State Parks but this unit does share a private access with other properties in the area so no need to cram into the public access. Elevator- The complex has an elevator so no lugging your stuff up and down stairs. The deck- Huge deck with nice porch swing. Feels private because of the Magnolia trees out front.Pool- There is a small pool for the community.Needing Improvement: Unit needs a refresh- walls need patching where pictures once hung and painting. The carpet in the bunk room is torn and needs replacing. The furniture is worn and some pieces have stains but are comfortable. The table and chairs on the deck are damaged leaving the swing as the only seating option. We felt like the price we paid was fair for the unit based on condition. If you are looking for something Instagram worthy, this is not the condo for you as it sits. If you are looking for a great location and comfortable place to rest after the beach this condo will fit the bill. With a refresh we would book again.
